Where is InnoTech taking place?

What does InnoTech General Registration give me access to?

InnoTech General Registration ($35.00) gives you access to all of the InnoTech Conference sessions, InnoTech keynotes, exhibits and vendor seminars.  It does not include the CIO Summit or the Texas eMarketing Summit Special Events @ InnoTech which include lunch and require separate registration.
(Important Note: the CIO Summit is for executive level IT professionals only)

If I am registered for the CIO Summit or the Texas eMarketing Summit, do I need to register for InnoTech also?
No, your registration for the two above Special Events INCLUDES the InnoTech Conference Sessions & Exhibits.

Is my registration refundable? Registration fees are non-refundable but are transferrable.

What are the exhibit hours?
The exhibit floor is open from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Thursday, October 28, 2010. 

What are the times of the InnoTech Conference sessions?
There are numerous high quality sessions starting at 8:00am and concluding at 4:30pm on Thursday, October 28, 2010.

When can I expect to receive my badge in the mail?
Badges will not be mailed in advance. In addition to receiving your e-confirmation when you register online, you'll be sent a reminder/confirmation email a few days before the show which includes a confirmation number tied to your registration record. To expedite your on-site check-in, bring your printed registration confirmation to registration, outside Ballroom D at the Austin Convention Center, where you will quickly print your own badge.

When does on-site registration for Attendees open?
Attendee Registration is open from 7:00am to 4:30pm on Thursday, October 28, 2010. 
To save time, register online prior to the event and bring your printed confirmation with you.

Can I get into InnoTech without a badge?
No.  All attendees, exhibitors and speakers are required to have an official event badge to attend InnoTech. 

Can I pay for a Conference Registration by check or Purchase Order?
Yes, you can; however, you must call 503-570-6295 or e-mail Registration to do so.
The most efficient way to register is to use our secure online system and pay by credit card.

What if I can't attend after I've registered?
Registrations are non-refundable; however, are transferrable to an eligible participant.  Please contact InnoTech registration at 503-570-6295 at least 48 hours prior to the event start date to transfer your registration to someone else.

Is there a group discount policy?
Yes. All registrants must be from the same company/organization. There is a 15% discount for 3 to 5 registrants; a 20% discount for 6 to 9 registrants; a 25% discount for 10 to 15 registrants; and a 30% discount for 16 or more registrants.
