Unlike other MVC architectures, such as Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET MVC does not promote nor enforce nearly as many conventions in its core. What ASP.NET MVC does provide is the ability to enforce our own conventions. In this session, we'll look at conventions to embrace, features to avoid, and techniques to building long-lasting, maintainable MVC applications.
