When can I set up my exhibit space?
Exhibitors can move into Ballroom D, 4th Floor at the Austin Convention Center from
EXHIBITOR MOVE IN 12:00pm - 7:00pm Wednesday, October 15th.
All booths must be set by 7:00 pm on Wednesday, October 15th. Exhibitors will be permitted on the exhibit hall floor at 7:00am on Thursday, October 16th for final preparations prior to the exhibit hall opening at 9:00am.
When can I begin to dismantle my exhibit space?
Tear down will begin Thursday, October 16th at 4:30pm. All exhibit materials must be off the show floor no later than 8:00 pm, Thursday, October 16th.
What is included in each exhibit space?
Each 10'x10' booth space includes: 8' BLUE, BLACK & WHITE back drape, 3' high BLACK side dividers, a 7"x44" one-line identification sign, one 6'x30" BLACK skirted table, two side chairs and one wastebasket. The exhibit area is carpeted.
Does my booth space include electrical service?
No, because each exhibitor has varying electrical service requirements, electrical service is not included. To place an electrical service, telephone or internet service order please use the forms in your Exhibitor Services Manual or contact the Austin Convention Center Utility Services Division 512-476-5461.
When will I receive the Exhibitor Services Manual?
The exhibitor services manual will be distributed via e-mail in September and will contain general information, rules and regulations, lead retrieval, and hotel information, as well as all the various vendor forms that you will need to help you plan your participation in the 2008 InnoTech Austin event.
When is the deadline to register my booth staff?
Please register your staff no later than Friday, October 10th, 2008.
When can I expect to receive my badge in the mail?
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Instead you'll receive a printable receipt/confirmation upon registering online which includes a unique barcode tied to your registration record. To expedite your on-site check-in, you'll need to print out that registration confirmation and bring it with you to on-site registration outside Ballroom D on the fourth floor at the Austin Convention Center (across from the Hilton Hotel), where you will quickly print your own badge.
Does my exhibit fee include complimentary conference passes? Yes, exhibitor registration includes access to all General InnoTech conference sessions, keynotes and vendor presentations, excluding the CIO Summit and the eMarketing Summit (both Special Events @ InnoTech, include lunch and require separate registration and payment).
What are the Exhibitor registration hours?

What are the Exhibit Hall hours?
Thursday, October 16th 9:00am- 4:30pm.
If I am shipping in our booth display and materials when should the truck arrive?
If you are shipping your booth and/or materials directly to the Austin Convention Center, the truck must arrive between 12:00pm - 7:00pm on Wednesday, October 15th.

To avoid additional after deadline charges, materials must arrive by Tuesday, October 7, 2008. The warehouse will receive shipments Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 3:00pm only.
How many exhibitor passes do I receive with my participation?
You may register as many exhibit staff as you would like but remember, to expedite your on-site registration, please pre-register your staff by October 10, 2008.
Can exhibitor pass holders attend the general InnoTech sessions?
Yes, exhibitors are welcome to attend the general InnoTech sessions.

Hotel offers Valet and Self-Parking Only, at the following rates:
Valet (overnight) $19.00 + tax
Self Parking (overnight) $15.00 + tax
The 2008 SPECIAL INNOTECH RATE of $164.00 (+ applicable state and local taxes, currently 15%) is available by calling the hotel directly at 512-472-5553 or calling 800-331-3131 by Tuesday, September 23rd, 2008 and asking for the InnoTech rate

After September 23rd, rooms and rates are based on availability.
