David Graham VP of Industry Solutions-Healthcare, INX David Graham, is VP of Industry Solutions-Healthcare for INX .David's primary responsibilities include the creation of healthcare specific technology solutions that use the best blend of  networking, storage, virtualization and middleware to provide real business value to their customers.  Prior to joining INX he was the CIO of Vignette , he led a global team that including software development and testing labs, infrastructure, networking, systems, and user support services (help desk), enterprise software, telecommunications, ERP,web applications and managing outsourcing arrangements. Additional responsibilities included external customer engagements, SOX compliance, CapEx review, approval and controls, Fit Outs, consolidation, security, IT policy creation and enforcement, professional services and field sales support. He has expert knowledge in growing C level relationships, IT alignment and budget creation along with leading over 20 mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Vignette, David managed the technical  functions for portions of the IBM software group for the Western United States and Australia. Prior to IBM, David supported the Western United States for Tivoli. David has experience in quota sales, marketing, professional services, and has been a entrepreneur who currently lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife and 3 sons and is a veteran of the USAF.
