When is the deadline to register as a speaker?
Although speakers may register anytime up to (and at) the event, we
STRONGLY encourage all speakers to register online by October
25, 2010. (People who register online get their badges at the event MUCH
faster than those that did not register in advance.)
When can I expect to receive my badge in the mail?
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Instead you'll receive a printable receipt/confirmation upon registering online which includes a unique barcode tied to your registration record. To expedite your on-site check-in, you'll need to print out that registration confirmation and bring it with you to on-site registration outside Ballroom D on the fourth floor at the Austin Convention Center (across from the Hilton Hotel), where you will quickly print your own badge.
What are the On-Site Speaker registration hours?
Wednesday, October 27th 12:00pm - 7:00pm
Thursday, October 28th 7:00am - 4:30pm
What are the Exhibit Hall hours?
Thursday, October 28, 2010 9:00am- 4:30pm.
Can I get into my session room the day before to set up?
No, the session rooms are available after 7:00am Thursday, October 28th only.
If I am shipping in my presentation materials/handouts when should they arrive?
If you are shipping your or materials directly to the Austin Convention Center, the truck must arrive between 8:00am - 7:00pm on Wednesday, October 27, 2010. **SHIPMENTS ARRIVING PRIOR TO OCTOBER 27TH MAY BE REFUSED BY THE FACILITY**

Can Speaker pass holders attend the general InnoTech sessions?
Yes, speakers are welcome to attend the general InnoTech sessions.
Can Speaker pass holders attend the CIO Summit and/or the Texas e-Marketing Summit?
The CIO Summit and Texas eMarketing Summit are special events @ InnoTech and require separate registration and payment (both include lunch). Only sponsors and paid registrants of the above two events are permitted access.

The 2010 SPECIAL INNOTECH RATE of $159.00 (+ applicable state and local taxes, currently 15%) is available by calling the hotel directly at 512-472-5553 by Wednesday, October 6, 2010 and asking for the InnoTech rate.
After October 6th, rooms and rates are based on availability.
