Sigurd AndersonDirector Critical Environments, IDC ArchitectsMr. Anderson serves as Director – Critical Environments for IDC Architects, a division of the global project delivery firm CH2M HILL, which provides full-service engineering, construction, and operations for clients world wide. He has 30 years experience in the management and design of advanced technology, industrial and power facilities. Since joining the firm in 1997, he has played a key role in challenging greenfield and build-out/retrofit projects for data centers, semiconductor manufacturing plants and telecommunications facilities. In particular, Mr. Anderson has helped many industry leaders optimize value on their critical infrastructure expansion and renovation projects. He began his career as an electrical engineer working in nuclear power plant design and operation, utility substation design, and electrical power generation. Later, he managed the expansion of broadband networks and communication facilities in the US, Europe and Canada. Mr. Anderson holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University, and an MS from the University of Portland. |
