When and where is the 2008 InnoTech Oregon taking place?
InnoTech is April 16-17, 2008

What does my booth come equipped with?
Each 10x10 booth space comes with black booth carpet, one 6' draped table in black, two plastic side chairs, one wastebasket and one 7" x 44" booth identification sign.  Electricity and internet service are not included.  To order electrical, telephone, high speed internet, or booth carpet cleaning, visit the Oregon Convention Center's website at www.oregoncc.org or call them at 503-235-7578 or 800-791-2250.

What Audio Visual equipment is provided in the sessions?
All conference rooms and theaters are equipped with a PLUS projection systems LCD projector in addition to:
Large Projection Screen (8ft x 8ft or larger)
House Sound System
Podium Microphone
Table for literature and materials

The following equipment & furnishings are provided
in each EXHIBIT FLOOR THEATER:

PLUS Projector - SVGA
Projection Screen (minimum size 8ft x 8ft)

When is the deadline to register as an Exhibitor?
Exhibitor should register no later than Friday, April 11, 2008.

When can I expect to receive my badge in the mail?
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Instead you'll receive a printable receipt/confirmation upon registering online which includes a unique barcode tied to your registration record. To expedite your on-site check-in, you'll need to print out that registration confirmation and bring it with you to on-site registration outside Hall E at the Oregon Convention Center, where you will quickly print your own badge.

What are the Exhibitor registration hours?
Wednesday, April 16     12:00noon - 6:00pm
Thursday, April 17         7:00am - 4:00pm

What are the Exhibit Hall hours?
Thursday, April 17th ONLY      9:00am - 4:30pm

If I am presenting, can I get into my session room the day before to set up?
No, the session rooms are available after 7:00am Thursday, April 17th only.

If I am shipping in my presentation materials/handouts when should they arrive?
If you are shipping your or materials directly to the Oregon Convention Center, the truck must arrive between 8:00am - 7:00pm on Wednesday, April 16th.

To avoid additional after deadline charges, materials must arrive by Friday, April 11, 2008.  The warehouse will receive shipments Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm PST only.Can Speaker pass holders attend the InnoTech Breakfast Presentation with Don Tapscott, Author, WIKINOMICS: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything?
No, your Speaker's badge does not allow access to the InnoTech Breakfast, which requires separate registration and payment ($60.00 per person).

Can Speaker pass holders attend the NW CIO Summit and/or e-Marketing Summit Special Events @ InnoTech?
No, the NW CIO Summit (exclusive event for CIO level executives only) and the eMarketing Summit each require separate paid registration. Only sponsors and paid registrants of the aforementioned events are permitted access.

Is there a host hotel for InnoTech?
Yes, for the second year in a row, the Courtyard by Marriott Portland Downtown/Lloyd Center has been selected as InnoTech's host hotel.
