Abe Conway

Network Administrator, TACS NPower Oregon

Abe Conway is TACS’ NPower Oregon Network Administrator. Abe’s past certifications include MCT, MCSE, Network + and various other industry certifications. He has 10 years of experience working as a Systems Engineer, Network Engineer and Trainer. Abe has assisted clients in network system design and maintenance, server maintenance and troubleshooting, desktop support and Helpdesk management. Abe brings his knowledge of very large systems, as well as simple peer to peer networks, to serving a wide range of clients.

Abe worked with Ricoh Business Systems, Applied Information Systems, Microage, and Productivity Point International before joining TACS in 2003. Abe has assisted our nonprofit clients with network design and installation, hardware selection and purchase, office moves and set ups, scheduled support and emergency troubleshooting. Abe has also been the lead trainer for NPower Oregon’s IT CREW training program, teaching desktop and network support, as well as Internet Troubleshooting. Abe can trouble shoot numerous network systems ranging from high end Intel servers and WAN connectivity down to the desktop level; hardware and software (All Microsoft Operating Systems, Firewalls, Internet/DNS, Switches & Hubs, VPN, basic routing, cabling, etc).
