Richard (Rick) PastoreManaging Director of Content Development and Events, CIO Executive CouncilRichard Pastore is Managing Director of Content Development and Events for the CIO Executive Council. Rick works with CIO leaders in the Council to envision, create and manage the Council's overall content and events portfolio.A 14-year veteran of CIO magazine, most recently as the publication's editor, Rick has been long-dedicated to helping the profession succeed, creating vital content for IT leaders in all industries. In editorial leadership roles since the late 1990s, he managed the daily operations and helped set strategic direction for the magazine. Before joining CIO in mid-1991, he covered personal computing for Computerworld for two years. Rick has a B.S. in mass communications from Boston University. |
