Shawn Michael

Senior Associate for Technology, TACS NPower Oregon

Shawn Michael is TACS’ NPower Oregon Senior Associate for Technology. Her professional expertise with technology includes assessment and planning, technology administration, LAN/WAN design and implementation, training, and application and database development. She is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Certified Project Manager.

Shawn has more than 15 years’ experience helping nonprofits, businesses, and governmental entities understand how technology can make their work more effective and efficient. She combines enormous technical know-how with strong communication skills and extensive understanding of the nonprofit environment.

Shawn has worked with a wide range of customers, nonprofit-business-government, helping them to assess their use of technology and develop comprehensive plans for new and improved technology. She has worked extensively with database applications used for client tracking, donor management, and community resources. Shawn provides client assistance not only in helping to identify what technology will improve your operations, but also assists in software selection, vendor negotiations, installation and training.
