Tom Ford Server Solution Specialist, Microsoft Tom is currently a Server Solution Specialist in Microsoft Pacwest responsible for evangelizing Windows Server, SQL Server, System Center and Forefront solutions.  In his previous 8 years with Microsoft he held various positions with Microsoft  in Technical Support, Windows Server product group and WW Partner group.  Tom has 20 years of IT experience in operations, management and technical support.
