Troy GaglianoAssociate Project Developer, enXco Development CorporationTroy is an Associate Developer of wind and solar projects for enXco. Before joining the company, Mr. Gagliano was a Senior Policy Associate at the Renewable Northwest Project where he focused on project siting and regulatory issues in the Pacific Northwest. He also spent five years at the National Conference of State Legislatures advising policymakers nationwide on a variety of energy issues. He has written and co-authored a number of publications and provided testimony on renewable energy to legislative and regulatory bodies across the country. Mr. Gagliano holds a Masters of Arts in International Public Policy. |
